We also have extensive sources of networked information through referral connections, which can provide linkages to key players in diverse industries. We make contacts with prospective candidates to determine suitability, recognizing that management leaders and technical talents change rapidly and new talents emerge quickly.

At clients' discretion, interviews with candidates can take place either in your office or in Coboom office or over the phone. When the successful candidate is appointed, we will prepare an in-depth report of references per clients' requirements.
We provide consultation services to inform your negotiations in respect of remuneration and other human resource issues. In strictest confidence, we can assist in the selection process and structure the offer.
