Responsibilities:
Search, select and interview candidates (50%)
Maintain and develop relationship with clients (multinational companies) (20%)
Administrative work relating to recruitment (20%)
Qualification:
University graduated
Minimum 1.5 years with US or Europern based companies
Experience in HR searching firm or recruiting / sales function is preferred
Familiar with multinational company culture and operations
Good people skills and telephone manners, professional image to clients and candidates
Good language skills, fluent English
Result oriented
Conscientious, committed
