Admin Manager:
Position Responsibilities
-Office administration 50%
-Monitor receptionist area service, guest visit registration and badge record
-Lead the team to provide carrier services, drink, vehicle arrangement, meeting reservation etc.
-Monitor safety and security to prevent any possible risk in regulation compliance and implementation
-Check the environment and cleaning at the office
-Ensure all the facilities (air-con, lighting, office machines) functioning well
-In charge of stationery purchases, low-value office purchasing
Expatriate Service & Personnel Service 30%
-Work permit and work visa for foreign employees
-Apartment sourcing and contract
-Help on hukou transfer
-Other Projects such as new office layout, decoration and door system installation 20% |
