Finance Manager:
Responsibilities: - Oversee all financial activities including the day to day accounting, metrics analysis, costing, financial planning, VAT and tax reporting. - Ensure the accounts are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements and corporate guidelines in relation to accounting and financial reporting. - Sustain financial services to other functions with high standard professionalism and ethics. - Maintain timely and accurate monthly closing. - Prepare metrics variance analysis and update the rolling forecast model monthly. - Facilitate internal and external financial audit, and minimize exposure of risks disclosed by internal /external audit. - Work with various function groups to ensure internal control are adequate and adhere to relevant corporate guidance/policy. Requirements: - Strong understanding of PRC GAAP and tax laws. CPA preferred. - Minimum 8-year previous experiences in Accounting and Finance and at least 4-year at supervisory assignment. - Fluent in English writing/speaking. - Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership skills. - Proficient in using various MS-Office software and being familiar with principle of ERP/MRP. - Willing to work under pressure.
