Global Supply Chain Director:
?Ensure Shenzhen supply chain activities are in compliance with Corporate Core Value and China law/regulations, e.g., logistics safety, custom regulation & bonded material management ?Manage Shenzhen supply chain team, and lead the team to delivery result that aligns to business target ?Take accountability of Shenzhen EP supply chain overall performance, in terms of customer supply reliability, production to schedule, inventory management, delivery cost and etc. ?Develop competency of Shenzhen supply chain team member ?Establish, maintain, optimize and monitor Shenzhen supply chain working process, performance measurement metrics ?Seek opportunity to upgrade Shenzhen supply chain performance ?Lead LCI(Lean Continuous Improvement) activities in Shenzhen supply chain ?As Shenzhen EP function leader and member of regional supply chain leadership, contribute to continuous improvement of EP Shenzhen as well as EP AP supply chain Qualifications: ?Bachelor degree or above ?15 years of work experience in supply chain area, preferably with work experience in plastic or chemical industry ?Good understanding and knowledge of supply chain processes, ie. Demand management/forecasting, inventory planning, production planning, capacity planning ?Familiar with China customs regulation ?Have more than 3 years supervision experience especially in leading front-line supply chain professionals and support staff ?Experience of using SAP or other mainstream ERP system ?Six Sigma certification or CPIM is preferred ?Could work under pressure. Willing to take risk and challenge, have team work spiriting ?Good verbal and written communication capability in English and Chinese
