Recruitment Manager:
- Contribute to the development of staffing strategy and implementation of operational plans in PRC
- Determine staffing needs and set staffing priorities
- Conduct interviews, oversee all pre-employment requirements
- Manage external headhunters, and identify optimal resources among China, HK, Taiwan, Vietnam
- Provide professional advice to management team based on staffing needs, process, maintain and improve quality as well as efficiency of recruiting operations
- Plan and oversee recruitment budget for all regions
- 5 years professional HR experience, 3 years at managerial position, preferably with multinational company
- Strong leadership skills, good communication and organization skills
- Fluent in oral and written English |
