·        Establishes technical, quality, compatibility, and operating standards for DCB’s information technology and management information systems to ensure that all systems can effectively and reliably meet user needs.

·        Responsible for an IT department of about 25 people providing IT services that are critical to the operations of the company

·        Develops and controls Department budgets to ensure effective use of internal and external resources.

 

·        Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or Electronic Engineering

·        At least 15 years of experience in the IT profession

·        Over 8 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably with multinational companies

·        Knowledge and experiences in IT governance and IT best practices

·        Strong leadership, management, planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skill, and business acumen

·        Knowledge and experiences in container terminal operations is highly preferred

·        Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

·        Experience in setting up and developing IT organisation of a start up company would be useful
