Job Responsibilities:

- QUALITY SYSTEM ESTABLISHMENT - Establish and maintain quality system adhering to ISO 9001, TS 16949 and ISO 14000 aligning with Southco Corporate QA plan. Coach and empower the organization to achieve the objectives.

- IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING QUALITY CONTROL - Coach and assure PPAP implementation of in-house manufactured products. Establish and maintain Control Plan. Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing process to achieve defect free products.

- SUPPLY QUALITY ASSURANCE - Work with Supply Chain team to support suppliers quality system audit. Review and approve audit report. Review and approve PPAP package for localized products. Plan and conduct incoming material inspection and Dock to Stock control. Assess supplier quality performance.

- CUSTOMER QUALITY COMPLAINTS HANDLING - Investigate and identify customers quality complaints. Act as a liaison with other functions especially Sales and Customer Service and interface with Southco manufacturing facilities to deliver customers quality requirements and QC to assure customer complaints and concerns are addressed by Corrective Action response and products quality improvement. Perform regular customers visit to enhance customer relationship and customer satisfaction.

- MEASURING SYSTEM - Establish inspection capability to support Supply Chain, manufacturing process and Design Engineering Modification activities. Maintain effective measuring system to assure all gages and instrument are in calibrated condition.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree with Major in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;

- 10 years experience with reputable multinational company manufacturing industry with strong exposure in overall quality management

- Good knowledge of ISO9000/TS16949 and other quality tools;

- Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge;

- Good English Skills
