HR & Facility Manager:
Responsibility: 1£© Manage the full spectrum of HR functions and Admin, Facility affairs, EHS system. 2£© HR function include HR planning, Recruitment, Training and Development, B&C, PM, Labor relation, career planning and development; 3£© Admin affairs include car, meal, dorm, safety, communication with government; 4£© Insure supply the electricity and water of facility; 5£© Perfect and implement EHS system. 6£© Establish HR and Admin policy and ensure the implement.
Requirements: 1) Bachelor or above, majored in HR management or related subjected 2) With at least 8 years¡¯ career experience leading a human resources and Admin department in MNC of similar capacity and electronics manufacturing. 3) Familiar with EHS system 4) Excellent understanding of the New labor Law 5) Ability to identify problems and conflicts independently and completely and to find/resolve solutions 6) Systematic approach to work 7) Professional communication within the team and with internal and external customers 8) Being patient, mature, independent 9) Good oral & written English
