General Manager:
Responsibilities:
--Take full profit and loss accountability for the company's operation in South China, including business development, product management, manufacturing operations, finance, HR, and IT.
--Manage effective business planning and forecasting in line with global strategy / goals, and establish objectives with employees in support of these plans in order to achieve current year's business growth whilst ensuring longer term profitability
--Take effective steps to achieve operational excellence
--Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved in terms of the timely delivery of quality products and service
--Conduct thorough market study to identify new business opportunities and represent the company in key negotiations for new business, major new contracts and potential acquisitions
--Continuously promote the company's brand name in the local and global market and grow the company's sales via various sales channels possible
--Develop and maintain HR policies and practices which attract and motivate people with the necessary skills and commitment
--Effectively communicate with major business partners from both within and outside the company, as well as keep good relationships with relevant government and/ or academic agencies

Qualifications:
--At least 10 years of managerial experience with multinational companies; over 5 years of general management experience with P&L responsibilities in leading operations, sales & marketing, finance, HR
--BS degree holder a minimum, MBA or other advanced academic degrees a plus
--Solid experience in advanced mechanical manufacturing environment, deep knowledge of stamping, die-casting processes.
--Seasoned and mature executive with proven successful track record
--Exposures and expertise in product management, business development, and overall operation management
--Sufficient understanding of company's related industries
--Fluency in both English and Chinese
--Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with sensitivity to culture diversity (American / Chinese)
--Willing to make a long-term commitment to the company
