Tooling Manager:
RESPONSIBILITIES: -Leader for new project tooling plan, including selecting vendor, tooling RFQ and cost down; tooling design review and tooling vendor performance evaluation. -Support Purchasing dept. to plastics components plan from tooling viewpoint. -Charging all tooling maintenance in house and in supplier and tooling spare parts as well. -Organizing and planning factory all equipments maintenance and spare parts management. -Based on the request from the other department, manage machine workshop to support new project and mass production. -Be responsible for safety and fire control. -Manage the corresponding employee and monitor their routine jobs. REQUIREMENTS: -Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. -Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment. -Good problem solving, decision-making, time-management and organizational skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: -Bachelor degree in mechanical design and manufacture or related field or equivalent experience, Tool and Die Technology is plus. -5 years with tooling, dies, molds and related tool room equipment and the corresponding molding and crimping equipments.
