HR Manager:
Responsibilities: -Develop and administer Human Resource procedures and programs; Interpret and communicate appropriate policy and procedure to help resolve employee problems and issues; Ensure consistency and fairness in the administration of procedures and programs; Act as an information resource for benefits programs. -Visible and available to respond to employee concerns and needs that relate to and affect the workplace; Ensure clarity, objectivity and responsiveness in human resource communications and actions with employees. -Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of various employee training programs deemed necessary by management. -Insure Fisher Human Relations and Benefits programs comply with government and company policies. -Monitor local market trends to ensure that company maintains a competitive and equitable position in salaries and benefits. -Handle office, factory and dormitory administration work, such as general facility, meal service, travelling, security and communication. -Conducts interviews, reference checks, and recommends qualified candidates to supervisors and participates in the final selection process. -Promote employee recognition. Develop, evaluate, and counsel employees with the objective of improving employee performance. -Manage ES&H program to compliance with local authorities and government requirements. Requirements: -Fluent in English and Chinese. -Familiar with ESH issues is preferable. -Requires 5 years experience in an administrative and human resources supervisory position in China -Degree in Business or related
